Free Foreclosure Counseling Event
Foreclosure remains a big issue in the Kansas City region. On Wed., May 26 the Hope Now Alliance will sponsor a major event at Bartle Hall in Kansas City, Mo. The event is from 1 to 7:30 pm.

Major loan servicers will contact area owners who are delinquent on the their mortgages and provide an opportunity to meet face-to-face to discuss options. Foreclosure counselors will also be available to help others needing help and assistance.
The public can benefit from talking to counselors about their situation prior or after the event for no charge. Visit kcforeclosurehelp.org to find a housing counselor near you.
